Body Correction by Kenneth Collins
About Kenneth Collins

From patient to practitioner.

My journey didn't start in a clinic — it started in a hospital bed.

Kenneth Collins
“I felt firsthand what it means to be out of balance. My body shut down — and only then did I start listening.”

As a young man, I was an elite football player struggling with performance anxiety. Later, I experienced kidney failure, two years of dialysis, and a kidney transplant in 2003. That journey taught me something fundamental: body and mind are inseparable.

I spent the next 25+ years studying anatomy, biochemistry, physiology, psychological coaching, neurocoaching, manual therapy, and acupressure. From that knowledge, I developed Body Correction — a method that combines physical treatment with mental coaching.

Today, I have clinics in Aarhus and Copenhagen and have helped over 5,000 clients — from chronic pain patients to elite athletes like Tom Kristensen and musicians like Poul Krebs and Søren Rasted.

The philosophy behind Body Correction

Your Body's GPS

Your proprioceptive system sends 15-20 million signals per second to your brain. When these sensors send faulty signals, the brain responds with pain, tension, and alarm. We find and correct the miscommunicating sensors.

From alarm to calm

Based on Polyvagal Theory, we work with your nervous system's three zones: red (alarm), yellow (tense), and green (calm). The goal is to move you from alarm to calm — not temporarily, but permanently.

Science-based

Body Correction is built on 200+ years of research, 3 Nobel Prizes (Golgi, Sherrington, Granit), modern neuroscience, and pain research. This isn't alternative medicine — it's evidence-based work with the body's signaling system.

The whole person

We don't just treat a symptom. We look at the whole person — body, mind, and behavior. Because pain is never just physical, and stress is never just mental.
